Just wondering what the going rate is for changing a clutch?

on an 87 ford ranger 2 wheel drive|||i own a repair shop,,and parts labor and all usually cost around 325.00 dollars,,and takes about one day to do,,sometimes a little more depending on how good of shape the flywheel is in,,it may have to be turned,,good luck with it,,i hope this help,s.|||2 bills,that%26#039;s on the side|||MOTOR Truck %26amp; Van Labor Guide says 3.9 hours with a 2.3L engine, 5.0 hours with a 4.0L engine. Figure $40.00 to $65.00 per hour plus parts and the flywheel will have to be resurfaced. NEVER install a new clutch without resurfacing the flywheel. Total cost will be $350.00 to $500.00
